Returns & Exchange Policy

Can I return my order?

We accept returns that reach us within 7 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order number.

Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!

After your return’s been confirmed, you’ll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

You may expect to receive your Store Credit refund within 7-10 business days from when we receive your items.

*We do not accept returns of sale items, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Can I return/exchange sale items?

Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Can I return/exchange an item purchased using a coupon code?

Orders made with coupon codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the coupon code terms and conditions. You may find out more about the terms and conditions here.

If your order is eligible for returns, the total amount that you’ve paid will be returned to your Store Credit account.

How do I return my order?

To return your product, you can return the products in person to our office or you should return your order using a trackable shipping service to our office address: Flat K, 15/F, Houston Industrial Building, 32-40 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan,, NT.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.

How do I exchange my order?

Please follow the return order step to return the exchange items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange item when we send then exchange items to you.
